आज तारीख 06/06/2025 को अखिल भारतीय सांस्कृतिक प्रतिरोध अभियान हम देखेंगे  की ओर से निम्नांकित वक्तव्य जारी किया गया:

युद्ध नहीं, आतंक नहीं
सबके लिए न्याय और शांति

पहलगाम की दुखद घटना के बाद देश शोक में डूबा है। भावनाएं चरम पर हैं, दुख गहरा है, और हर भारतीय दिल उस वेदना को महसूस कर रहा है। लेकिन इस पीड़ा के बीच एक और ख़तरनाक लहर उठ रही है — युद्ध की भूख, जिसे कुछ गोदी मीडिया चैनलों द्वारा गैर-ज़िम्मेदाराना ढंग से हवा दी जा रही है। टीआरपी को बढ़ाने की अंधता में किसी भी विघातक और ध्वंसकारी सीमा तक जाने को वे तैयार हैं। नतीजों की परवाह किए बिना वे बदले की चीखें लगा रहे हैं, यह भूलकर कि दो परमाणु हथियार संपन्न देशों के बीच युद्ध की क्या भारी क़ीमत चुकानी पड़ सकती है। वे सरकार को घेरकर यह नहीं पूछ रहे कि एक संवेदनशील इलाक़े में सुरक्षा की ऐसी भारी चूक हुई किस तरह? उस पूरे इलाक़े में एक सैनिक तो छोड़िए, लोकल इंटेलिजेंस युनिट का एक मुलाज़िम तक क्यों नहीं था? सरकार की आपराधिक ग़लती पर बरसने की बजाय युद्ध की मांग की जा रही है।

घृणा , क्रोध और आवेग को समझ पर हावी मत होने दीजिए। युद्ध कोई समाधान नहीं है — युद्ध कूटनीति की असफलता है, मानवता की हार है। यह किसी को नहीं बख्शता। यह गांवों को जलाता है, हंसी को ख़ामोश करता है, और दोनों सीमाओं के बच्चों को अनाथ बना देता है। भारत और पाकिस्तान के लोग दुश्मन नहीं हैं; वे राजनीति और प्रचार के शिकार हैं। वे एक ही आकाश, एक ही गीत और एक जैसे दुख साझा करते हैं।

अब युद्ध करना उन शहीदों की स्मृति का अपमान होगा। सच्चा न्याय विध्वंस में नहीं, बल्कि सशक्त क़ानून, सटीक जवाबदेही और शांतिपूर्ण परंतु दृढ़ प्रतिरोध में निहित है। हम आतंक को जीतने न दें कि हम अपने समाजों को नफ़रत और हिंसा से चीर डाले।

हम भारत के नेताओं से अपील करते हैं: विवेक, संयम और शांति के पक्ष में मजबूती से खड़े हों, क्योंकि यही किसी महान राष्ट्र की पहचान होती है। और मीडिया से: रक्तपिपासु उन्माद को राष्ट्रवाद के रूप में बेचना बंद कीजिए। आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है जानकारी देना, न कि आग लगाना।

पहलगाम की यह त्रासदी हमें नफ़रत में नहीं, संकल्प में एक करे — शांति को खोजने में, अपने लोकतंत्र को मज़बूत करने में, और घावों को भरने में — उन्हें और गहरा करने में नहीं।

युद्ध नहीं, शांति चाहिए — जनता के लिए, भविष्य के लिए।

इस स्पष्ट समझदारी के साथ अखिल भारतीय सांस्कृतिक प्रतिरोध अभियान हम देखेंगे भारत सरकार और भारत की जनता के सामने निम्नलिखित अपील रखता है:

1. युद्ध की जगह कूटनीतिक युद्ध में जीत सुनिश्चित की जाए। हमलावर-हत्यारों को बिना देरी किए पकड़ा जाए तथा उनसे गहन पूछताछ के बाद ठोस सबूतों के डोजियर के साथ पहलगाम घटना में पाकिस्तान की भागीदारी को उजागर करते हुए संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ में समुचित प्रस्ताव लाया जाए।

2. सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में बार-बार हो रही चूकों के लिए एजेंसियों और सरकार की ज़िम्मेदारी तय की जाए और स्थिति में सुधार के ठोस कदम उठाए जाएं।

3. राष्ट्रीय एकता को भंग करने और देश में किसी भी रूप में सांप्रदायिक वैमनस्य पैदा करने वाली तमाम कोशिशें पर प्रभावशाली रोक लगाई जाए।

4. सांप्रदायिक उन्माद और मज़हब-विशेष के विरुद्ध अपनी विवेकपूर्ण आवाज़ उठाने वाली सर्वाइवर्स -स्त्रियों पर सोशल मीडिया में चल रहे घृणित हमलों को तत्काल रोका जाए तथा अपराधियों को दण्डित किया जाए।

5. एक स्वर से आतंकवाद की निंदा और विरोध करने में कश्मीरी अवाम की पहल का स्वागत करते हुए उनके नागरिक अधिकारों की अविलंब बहाली की जाए । जम्मू कश्मीर को राज्य का दर्जा बहाल किया जाए। राज्य सरकार के वे सभी अधिकार बहाल किए जाएं जो भारतीय संघ में दूसरे राज्यों को मिले हुए हैं।

Justice and Peace for All
A Statement by the All India Cultural Resistance Campaign — ‘Hum Dekhenge’

The tragic incident in Pahalgam has plunged the nation into mourning. Emotions are surging, grief runs deep, and every Indian heart shares the sorrow. Yet amidst this collective anguish, a darker tide rises — a clamoring for war, irresponsibly fueled by certain sections of the mainstream media. In their blind pursuit of ratings, they are willing to push the nation toward chaos, heedless of the consequences. Instead of questioning the grave security lapse in a sensitive zone — asking why not even a single soldier or intelligence officer was present — they demand bloodshed. The government’s serious failures are being ignored; in their place, the drums of war are beating.

Let not hatred, fury, or impulse overtake wisdom. War is no remedy — it is the collapse of diplomacy and the ruin of humanity. War burns villages, silences joy, and leaves the children of both nations orphaned. The people of India and Pakistan are not enemies; they are kindred spirits, caught in the web of politics and propaganda. They share the same sky, the same songs, and the same sorrow.

To go to war now would be to betray the memory of those martyred. True justice is not born of ruin, but of strong laws, clear accountability, and peaceful yet unwavering resistance. Let us not allow terrorism to succeed by tearing our societies apart through hatred and violence.

We appeal to the leaders of India: Uphold the reason, restraint, and peace that are the hallmarks of a great nation. And to the media: cease packaging bloodlust as nationalism. Your duty is to inform the public — not to ignite fires.

Let this tragedy in Pahalgam unite us not in hatred, but in resolve — to seek peace, to strengthen our democracy, and to heal wounds rather than deepen them.

We want peace, not war — for the people, for the generations to come.

In this spirit of clarity and compassion, the All India Cultural Resistance Campaign Hum Dekhenge places the following appeals before the Government of India and its citizens:

1. Let diplomacy triumph over warfare. The perpetrators must be apprehended without delay, interrogated thoroughly, and a dossier of irrefutable evidence must be presented at the United Nations to expose Pakistan’s involvement in the Pahalgam attack through a formal resolution.
2. The government and security agencies must be held accountable for repeated lapses, and concrete measures must be taken to enhance security in sensitive regions.
3. All attempts to fracture national unity or incite communal hatred must be firmly and effectively curbed.
4. The hateful online attacks against survivor women who speak out against communal frenzy and religious discrimination must be stopped immediately, and the offenders brought to justice.
5. The people of Kashmir, who have spoken out bravely against terrorism, must have their civil rights restored without delay. The full statehood of Jammu and Kashmir must be reinstated, along with all constitutional powers enjoyed by other Indian states.
